Phone and in Person as required to answer any questions that might arise to deal fast and efficiently with any Service Issues.
Courtesy calls from our Company will be as frequent as necessary so that smooth operation and workflow is maintained and
routine Operational/System questions will be addressed in a prompt and professional manner.
As the Customer gains more knowledge and confidence in the Operation scheduled meetings can take place to facilitate
Question and Answer Sessions in which each party can openly discuss any Operational issues.
